What are your Ordering Guidelines?

·         Minimum order of 15 people on most menu selections.

·         The cutoff for next day orders is 12:00 p.m. The office closes at 2:00 p.m. on weekdays.

·         Prices listed do not include sales tax, delivery charge or voluntary gratuity.

∙ Delivery charge is $45.00 to $95.00, depending on location.

·         Orders delivered after 1 p.m. or on the weekend are subject to a 20% service charge or $395, whichever is greater.

·         Same day orders may be available with a limited menu and are subject to a 20% service charge.

·         Weekend orders must be a minimum of $5,000.00.

·         Night orders must be a minimum of 50 people. However, any number of people can be accommodated if a cold menu is requested.

·         Premium service requires a minimum of $2,500.00 and 7 day cancellation notice.

·         We require a 25% nonrefundable deposit for all premium/special events.

·     For orders of 50 or more, a 7-day cancellation notice is required to avoid a 100% cancellation fee. *Please note that after the 7-day window, you may increase your guest count up until 3 PM the day prior; however, we are unable to accommodate decreases.

·     For smaller orders, a 72-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid a 100% cancellation fee. *Similarly, after the 7-day window, guest counts may be increased until 3 PM the day prior, though decreases will not be possible.

What forms of Payment do you accept?

We accept American Express, Visa & MasterCard.

Corporate “House” Accounts may be set up for Net 15 Billing upon approval.

A credit card must be provided in order to confirm your order. This card will not be run until the day of your event. 

What are your Delivery Guidelines?

Delivery is made within a 30 minute window. However, we will never be later than the original scheduled time.

What if I Need to Cancel?

Unfortunately, for order of 50 or more any orders cancelled less than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery time are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Holiday menus and special requests require a 7 day cancellation notice.

We are unable to accept same day cancellations.

What items are included with my order?

All necessary disposable plates, napkins, cutlery, cups, serving ware, sweeteners, creamers, etc., are included with all meals.

WHAT IF I HAVE FOOD AllergIES?

Products made and delivered by Citron Catering are made in an environment where nuts and gluten are used and handled. For that reason, we cannot guarantee any products made or delivered by Citron Catering will be allergen-free. Citron Catering cannot be liable to any customer or to any consumer of foods from Citron Catering related to the presence of nuts or gluten.
